Countryside-PTO.org. This website provides products
supporting our fundraising activities. It is administered
by Baumeister LLC, of Glendale Arizona. The real
bottom line of our privacy policy is this, we respect and
protect you and your information as we ourselves would like our
information and privacy protected. Baumeister LLC does not use
any information from this website other than to provide the
products and product related services. They
have been in existence since 1996, online since 1999, and
have customers from their early days still part of their
family. They are a reputable company.
In simple terms, we will ever only collect your information
in 3 ways on this website.
- Signup for a newsletter (name & email)
- Purchase online (all e-commerce information via secure
servers and SSL encryption, and maintain appropriate
accounting files in a secure office location)
- You email & disclose information to us. That is
handled confidentially in terms of all details.
We never release your information to others, sell our lists,
nor abuse it with excessive email, phone calls, etc. We will
immediately remove you from any contact list upon your

Information Collection and Use
Information Collection
Countryside PTO and Baumeister LLC have access to the
information collected on Countryside-PTO.org. Information may
be collected from our users at several different points on our
Web site.
That information is not disclosed to any other sources
beyond those addressed in this privacy policy.
Orders & Order Forms
The shopping cart processor requests information
from the user on our order form to complete a purchase. A user
must provide contact information (such as name, email, and
shipping address) and financial information (such as credit
card number, CVV, expiration date). This information is
used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders.
If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used
to contact the user.
Baumeister LLC as administrator has access to shopping cart
information as specified herein. Countryside PTO never
has access to any credit card information other than name and
address.
The shopping cart system is continually monitored by VISA /
MasterCard / Discover / American Express to ensure security of
the ordering process.
Baumeister LLC maintains strict control and never
releases this information beyond this business and the card
processing/merchant account banking
service. Baumeister LLC does not receive your credit
card number/expiration without accessing the bank secure
information system. Baumeister does NOT have access
to your CVV code ever.
To repeat, Countryside PTO has absolutely no access to any
information about your credit card account used in making any
purchases.
Registration
In order to participate in the Fundraising for Schools
affiliate program on this Web site and others, a user
(typically school organization, in this case Countryside
PTO) must first complete the registration form.
During registration a user is required to give contact
information for a project manager(such as name and email
address) and program unique identifiers (username and
password for the Affiliate Program). If appropriate, they also
provided a Tax Identification Number and a IRS Form W-8 to pay
commissions and report earning to the Internal Revenue Service
at years end.
Information Use
Profile
We do not extract nor store personal information to profile
your visit to our site.
Cookies
This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by
Countryside-PTO.org and Baumeister LLC only and does not cover
the use of cookies by any linked websites.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer
tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is
in no way linked to any personally identifiable information
while on our site. We may use both session ID cookies and
persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users
close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A
persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user’s
hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies
can be removed by following Internet browser help file

Our only persistent cookie is in support of the affiliate
program that ensures Countryside PTO is compensated for
sales. If you were referred you to this website, they
deserve appropriate compensation. That cookie identifies
you, and any subsequent purchase will be credited to the school
program earnings. Please make any new purchase via this
Countryside-PTO.org website to benefit their program.
Third Party Advertising
We do not participate in third party advertising on this
site.
Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files.
This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type,
internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform
type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends,
administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate,
and gather broad demographic information for aggregate
use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally
identifiable information.

Special Offers and Updates
We send all customers and newsletter subscribers occasional
information on products, services, special deals, and possibly
a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we
present the option to not receive these types of

If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for
contact information such as name and email address. That
information is NEVER released or sold to any outside
source. Out of respect for our users privacy we provide a

Baumeister LLC communicates with users on a regular
basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues
relating to their account or purchases. They reply
via email or phone, in accordance with the users wishes.

Third Party Intermediaries
Baumeister LLC uses an outside shipping company (primarily
United Parcel Service, known as UPS) or the US Postal Service (USPS.com) to ship orders, and a credit
card processing company to bill users for goods and
services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use
personally identifiable information for any secondary
purposes.
Service Providers
We partner with 1Shopping Cart and PlugnPay to provide
online shopping cart processing, plus Total Merchant
Services as the secure gateway to credit card processing for
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Their
secure servers host the tracking data and personal information
mentioned above in accordance with industry merchant accounting
practices.
We partner with 1Shopping Cart to provide specific services
in our affiliate program to pay Countryside PTO. Their
secure servers host the tracking data and personal information
mentioned above. It exists as data, but is not processed
or 'handled' by that company.
Business Transitions
In the event Baumeister LLC goes through a business
transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another
company, or selling a portion of its assets, users’ personal
information will, in most instances, be part of the assets
transferred.
Protection of Information
Security
This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users’
information. When users submit sensitive information via
the Web site, their information is protected both online and
off-line.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive
information (such as credit card number and/or social security
number), that information is encrypted and is protected with
the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While
on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the
bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft
Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or
open, when users are just ‘surfing’.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information
online, we also do everything in our power to protect
user-information off-line. All of our users’ information,
not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is
restricted in Baumeister LLC offices. The
servers that store any form of personally identifiable
information (even your shipping records) are in a secure
environment, in a locked and alarmed facility.
